Construction designs incorporate elements such as cabinetry, flooring, lighting, mouldings, and plumbing. Furnishing designs include recommendations for furniture, window treatments, wall finishes and accents that bring the space to life and express your unique taste.

As part of our services, we take accurate measurements to develop
the as-built plan or we get a copy of your builder/remodeler’s plans.
The master design plan we develop may include any of the following services, depending on your needs:

Drawing Package

• Millwork profiles, interior door style, and decorative hardware and

• Flooring materials, wall treatments, and ceiling finishes

• Cabinetry finishes and specifications, countertop materials and
• details and decorative hardware

• Appliance and plumbing selections

• Decorative lighting, bathroom accessories, and mirrors

Furnishing Design
• Create furnishing plans to reflect needs for the space

• Design window treatments that are functional and attractive

• Recommend/select quality furniture pieces and fabrics that are
• appropriate for your lifestyle

• Work with or recommend quality trades people to complete the
• work (i.e. carpet installers, wallcovering installers, faux finishers,
• electricians, etc.)

• Complete the design with art, accessories, and finishing touches

Project Management
• Indicia will guide you through the decision-making process, so the
• project stays on schedule

• Order furnishings, wallcoverings, window treatments and so forth

• Schedule and oversee installation of finishes with you and the
• remodeler/contractors
