After planning installations with you and the homeowners, we meet with sub-contractors on-site or at their shops prior to installation to discuss design details so they understand the design and we can address any concerns. We recognize that installations don’t always go as planned and we collaborate with you and your sub-contractors to achieve the best outcome.

Interior Finishes Document provides project details
Once we’ve met with the homeowners and the scope of our involvement is clear, we develop a master design plan that includes drawings, detailed instructions and our Interior Finishes Document. It lists every selection made for the home and provides installation details, lead-times, and who is responsible for ordering/installing the item. Both you and the homeowners receive copies, so everyone knows what to expect. Our services may include any of the following details for you and your sub-contractors:
